I should get cheated
in buying one-
you will not-
I know-
I got cheated
terribly, in buying
one in Chicago
a few years ago
for Sarah.
Please bring
it with you to
Lenox.
We are terribly
beaten in Illinois
Mr swett is
beaten - a waterloo
[gap] defeat
Love to all
Yos [yours] affectionately
D. Davis
You will know
the size of the
trunk - that I shall
want.
I feel very much
depressed at the state
of the Country.
